VS series workbenches are designed for industrial premises and heavy mechanical engineering. All the components are welded ones.
Maximum allowed even loading of the workbench is 3 000 kg.
Maximum allowed loading of the cabinet drawer is 100 kg.
The lower drawer allows the installation of additional set of guides. In this case, the maximum allowed drawer loading is 200 kg.
The tabletop is available in four versions:
— solid ash, 40 mm (ASH),
— plywood, 40 mm (F),
— plywood, 40 mm, with 3 mm steel plating (MF),
— plywood, 40 mm, with a galvanized iron sheet (CF).
VS-015 cabinet has five slide drawers. Drawers are closed on a shared EURO-LOCKS lock (Germany, 2 000 combinations) and equipped with anti-tilt system. Maximum allowed drawer loading of VS-015 cabinet is 100 kg.
Metal workbench parts are painted with epoxy powder paint resistant to mechanical stress and corrosive liquids. Drawers, cabinet doors and perforated panel legs are dark blue, RAL 250 20 20; the rest of parts are gray, RAL 7038.
