VS series Tool Cupboards have ready-to-assemble enhanced stiffness and are designed for heavy mechanical engineering, industrial premises and workshops. Used for storage of and work with tools and gadgetry.
Two door options: regular doors or doors fitted with transparent shock-resistant polycarbonate windows. Opening angle is 180 degrees.
The following modules are available as part of internal configuration: VS-05 drawers of different sizes,VS-05 zinc shelf, VS roll-out platform, anti-tilt systems, VS-053/055 side panels, VS-03/05 cabinet panel, rails and frames for tool holders, etc. The cabinet internal configuration varies upon Cutomer’s request using the stated modules.
VS-05 drawers are equipped with high-quality telescopic and fully retractable guides. Anti-tilt system is strongly recommended for proper safety.
VS-05 zinc shelf is made of galvanized metal. Adjustable height with a 25 mm pitch. VS panels can be mounted on a rear and lateral walls of the cupboard. The panel is perforated with square holes to provide secure attachment of accessories (See Section ’Panel accessories’). Perforation pitch is 35 mm.
Products are equipped with EURO-LOCKS locks (Germany). Locking mechanism: bolt work (pull-downs and pull-ups). Magnetic latch is provided.
External modules are available for the VS series cupboards: VS-05 Tabletop, VS-05 Stand (with or without Base), Set for moving by crane.
Cupboards and modules are painted with epoxy powder paint resistant to mechanical stress and corrosive liquids. Casing and panel color: gray, RAL 7038; drawers and doors color: dark blue, RAL 250 20 20; base color: black, RAL 9005.
Warranty: 5 years. Lifetime: over 10 years.
